Who doesn't love Piri Piri? A balance of Mozambican spices giving the title Piri and not Portuguese 'Peri' This blend announces dreamy medium heat. Rub onto chicken, dust over corn or sprinkle on mashed potato. It's a real hit!

How to use
Pat food dry, drizzle with a little oil, then coat generously. Rest 30 mins (or overnight for deeper flavour) and cook low & slow or hot & fast. Roughly 2 tbsp per 500g.
