Use by: 6 months from date of purchase. Whilst all of our Rubs are free from nuts, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
How to use
Pat food dry, drizzle with a little oil, then coat generously. Rest 30 mins (or overnight for deeper flavour) and cook low & slow or hot & fast. Roughly 2 tbsp per 500g.
